We collect account details such as your name and email address, authentication identifiers, subscription and billing metadata, domains you submit, analysis prompts and responses, model usage information, and technical logs needed to operate and secure AEOchamp. Website analysis may process publicly accessible content from a submitted domain.

We use this information to authenticate users, provide domain analysis, display training and live model results, process subscriptions, monitor model cost and reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and communicate essential account or service updates.

We do not sell personal information. Domain names, relevant publicly accessible website content, prompts, and analysis instructions may be sent through OpenRouter to the selected AI model provider to produce analysis results. Stripe processes subscription and payment information. We also use service providers for hosting, email, authentication, abuse prevention, monitoring, and support. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services.

We use cookies and related technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain account, billing, and analysis data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. Deleting a domain from your account initially hides the user-domain association while retaining its training results, live results, and operational run history for recovery and support. This retained domain analysis data is permanently deleted from our active systems after 60 days. An administrator may permanently delete it sooner. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire under their normal retention schedule. Billing and transaction records may be retained separately where required by law. The shared normalized domain record may remain where it is used independently by the service or another account. You may contact us to request deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing activities.

OpenRouter, the AI model providers it routes requests to, Stripe, Google, and other service providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing may occur in countries other than your own.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page.
